Preschool classes focus on skills for the young gymnast, ranging in age from 3-6. The focus is on fun ways to learn proper stretching as well as beginner skills on the floor as well as the apparatus.

Corner House participates in many gymnastics competitions. Some are local while others may require some travel. All competitions are optional. We never require gymnasts to participate but encourage them to do so if they show interest. These meets are fun, low pressure competitions. Again, the goal is to have fun and show off the skills you've learned!

All meets we attend are sanctioned by Amerikids. The Amerikids Competition Advisory Committee produced a set of rules and routines and music that are based on time honored progressions and their philosophy of competition for all children.

Corner House offers full gymnastics classes and utilizes floor, beam, vault, bars (uneven, parallel and high), pommel horse, rings and trampoline. We have an 7 to 1 student to teacher ratio to ensure each child receives personalized instruction. Class is meant to be fun and to challenge yourself as a gymnast!

Preschool classes are held on the upstairs floor of the building where the equipment is sized for those under 6.

Parents are encouraged to watch and there are viewing areas available in both the tumbling and apparatus room.

Girls Artistic Gymnastics consists of four pieces of apparatuses:

Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor

Boys Artistic Gymnastics consists of six apparatuses:

Corner House offers open gym tumbling on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. This is a "pay-as-you-come" session where you work on skills that you specifically want to improve.
